  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the “Request an Appointment” link at the top right of the page, then follow the prompts.

  • Not yet. However, over the next six months, I will begin accepting the following insurances: BCBS, BCBS FEP, Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, PEAK, PEIA/UMR, Oscar, Optum, and WV Medicaid.

Currently, I have self-pay options and you can request a superbill to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

This page will be updated as I begin accepting insurance.

  • Please use the “Request an Appointment” link in the top right corner to complete a new patient form. Once you’re established as a patient, the patient portal will be the best way to reach me. Until then, questions can be routed through the “Contact” page, or by calling/texting 304-878-8246.

Please note that the phone number provided above is only monitored during business hours- there is no on-call provider, and emergency services are not provided. As I do not currently have a receptionist and see patients during the day, please expect calls to go to voicemail. I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day, and no later than three business days. Voicemails are checked twice daily, Monday through Friday.

If you are an established patient, please use the patient portal when you need to contact me. This is also the preferred method for refill requests and when cancelling appointments. Due to high call volume, please make every effort to use the portal for appointment cancellations.
